Supportive Outpatient Continuum of Care (SOCC)

An outpatient treatment program for people in Phase II of the Texas Criminal Justice Initiative.  People in SOCC have successfully graduated from the SAFPF/In-Prison Therapeutic Communities, and then successfully completed Phase I in a transitional treatment center.  In addition to SOCC in Bryan, BVCASA offers SOCC in Huntsville, Brenham, and Caldwell. 

The SOCC Program consists of therapeutic groups, peer support groups, and individual sessions with a Primary Counselor.  This is a client driven program designed to last a total of six (6) to nine (9) or up to twelve (12) months if necessary for TTC graduates and one (1) to three (3) months for Field Referral graduates.
