GENERAL:
Supervise and direct the activities in the kitchen and cafeteria and assist the Director of Marketing & Finance in operation of the kitchen with Brazos County Health Department standards; Monitor sign-in, sign-out board and insure that proper policies and procedures are followed; Communicate all resident problems, inappropriate behaviors or confrontations to the Director of Marketing & Finance; Comply with all staff conduct policies.
Requirements:
Graduation from an accredited high school, GED equivalent, or (2) years related work experience; Certified food handler or manager in Brazos County; Ability to establish rapport with clients and family members; Must communicate a respectable attitude towards persons; Must be able to implement House expectations, policies and procedures with authority; Reliable transportation and a home telephone required; If a recovering chemical dependent individual, must be in recovery a minimum of one year and actively working a program of recovery.
